  I have had many blood tests here, and have grown up getting blood tests at hallett cove. As of late, the ladies that have been taking my blood have been so rude, that it leaves me so nervous I am nearly fainting. I make them aware of my needle phobia, and they treat me as if it doesn’t exist.
  This morning, at 10:30am, I had a blood test and the lady threw the pen onto the bed toward me, and asked me to sign.
  She made me feel so uncomfortable, and treated me so poorly. When working in this type of field, you need to show compassion and have somewhat bit of kindness toward people, otherwise don’t make people feel uncomfortable and scared.
